At The Deluxe Creations, we take great care to ensure that every handcrafted ceramic product reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Since our products are fragile and carefully packed, we have the following return and refund guidelines.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:

An unboxing video showing the issue

Your order number
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged or incorrect product at no additional cost. In cases where a replacement is not available, we may issue a full refund.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
