All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location across India.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all products across India. There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging fragile ceramic items. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.
